With over 25 years of experience helping nonprofits and small businesses build and evolve their human capital and organizational development functions, Cathy brings deep expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management and as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC, ELI-MP), and is an active member of SHRM at both the national and local levels.
