Natalie Fellows is the Director, Individual Philanthropy (Acting) at BRAC USA, where she works to engage and cultivate individual donors and mission-aligned partners to advance BRAC’s award-winning programs. Natalie develops strategies to deepen donor connections to BRAC’s work and brings new champions into the fold.

Prior to joining BRAC USA, Natalie was the impact lead for Maverick Collective by PSI, advising philanthropists on seven-figure investments to support PSI’s most innovative global health initiatives. With 15+ years of experience, her career has included managing a diverse portfolio of grants across Southeast Asia, designing community-based health programs as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Cambodia, and leading donor relations at The Trust for Public Land and Creative Alternatives of New York.

Natalie holds an M.Sc. in Health, Community, and Development from the London School of Economics, a BA in Advertising and Writing from Marist University, and is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP). She resides in Northern Virginia.
