Disability inclusion

Removing barriers for people with disabilities to realize their potential and lead change in their communities

Worldwide, 16% of people experience a significant disability.

At BRAC, inclusion and diversity are more than a value—it’s a commitment to opportunity for all. Despite global progress in reducing poverty, many people with disabilities remain excluded from education, employment, and essential services.

BRAC is working to change that.

Through a holistic approach, we partner with people with disabilities to strengthen their skills, expand access to education and healthcare, and create paths to economic empowerment. By embedding inclusion across programs and enterprises, BRAC is building systems where everyone can realize their potential and contribute fully to their communities.
