Established in 2005 to meet the growing packaging needs of Aarong Dairy and BRAC Seed and Agro, we have since evolved to cater to the wider market as well. Along the way, we have become an enabler of innovation in Bangladesh’s packaging industry, supporting farmers, producers, and businesses with reliable, sustainable and biodegradable solutions. From seed packets to dairy wrappers, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for sealed, waterproof, and durable packaging.
Production with international standards
Our facility in Gazipur, central Bangladesh produces approximately 1,500 metric tons of finished flexible packaging each year and supplies almost 80% of BRAC’s internal packaging needs. Equipped with state-of-the-art fabrication machinery and a dedicated laboratory, we maintain international standards for quality, hygiene, and safety, and a one megawatt gas-powered generator ensures uninterrupted, round-the-clock production.
Advancing biodegradable and eco-friendly packaging
Green Packaging Unit started its operation in 2025, under BRAC Printing Pack, to produce 100% biodegradable and eco-friendly packaging using advanced technology from Taiwan with a monthly production capacity of approximately 100 MT. The biodegradable packaging, made from PLA, PBAT, Cornstarch, and Calcium Carbonate, naturally decomposes without harming the environment, helping reduce plastic waste and carbon emissions. By offering sustainable packaging solutions, Green Packaging supports eco-friendly practices, enhances brand image, meets global environmental standards, and contributes to building a greener future.
