Nashmeen Moslehddin
Manager, Individual Philanthropy
Nashmeen Moslehuddin serves as Manager, Individual Philanthropy at BRAC USA, where she works to identify, cultivate, and deepen relationships with major donors in support of BRAC’s vital mission. In close partnership with her team, she manages a portfolio of committed supporters and is especially passionate about creating a thoughtful donor journey—one that brings people closer to BRAC’s work and the communities it serves.
Nashmeen’s commitment to this work is deeply personal. From a young age, she accompanied her father, a humanitarian aid worker, to remote villages and communities—experiences that shaped her understanding of both the challenges of poverty and the power of community-driven solutions. Originally from Bangladesh and having spent much of her childhood in the Global South, she has seen firsthand how lives can be transformed and communities lifted out of poverty over time.
Prior to joining BRAC, Nashmeen spent 18 years at CARE, where she served as Senior Director of Development. In that role, she partnered closely with major and principal individual donors to advance CARE’s life-saving work around the world.
Nashmeen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Communication from Emerson College and a Master of Science in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics.
