Neil Binder is a founding partner of Binder & Schwartz LLP, where his practice focuses on complex commercial and financial litigation. He brings to the BRAC USA Board of Directors more than two decades of experience advising and representing clients through every stage of high-stakes disputes. Neil has extensive trial and appellate experience across a broad range of civil matters, and he has represented parties in government investigations involving the financial services industry.
Earlier in his career, Neil served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York from 1999 to 2003. In that role, he represented the United States in numerous affirmative and defensive matters and served as lead counsel for the United States in the Enron bankruptcy proceedings.
Neil received his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University, an M.A. and M.Phil. from Columbia University, and a J.D. from N.Y.U. School of Law.
